Why Sudek

The reason I like Josef Sudek's panoramic work so much is because of the paths many of his images show you. My favorites are of the city streets in Prague, where the image shows multiple streets for your eye to follow. This is probably the biggest influence to me as I am out making panoramas.

Who I've Been Looking At

The first photographs I looked at for this project were Josef Sudek's panoramas of Prague.The panoramas were in his book Prague Panoramica, which is where the name of this blog/journal comes from (just so you know). I was instantly impressed by Sudek's work and inspired me to make more landscapes as panoramas.
